Faces For Fun Broxbourne based children’s entertainers have worked for some prestigous clients in the country and abroad. We do a mixture of corporate events and private parties. Please see our client list.
Do you have public liability insurance
Yes we hold indemnity insurance which covers us for up to ₤5,000,000 copies are available if you need to see them. We also have an enhanced CRB
How many faces can you paint in an hour
On an average we can paint 10 to 12 full faces an hour. We can paint 15 if we reduce the detail.
Why use a professional face painter
For best results a professional face painter is a must. We only use FDA approved water based hyperallergenic paint, which is kind to the skin. This ensures great results and reduces the likelyhood of skin irratation
What type of paint do you use?
We use a variety of paint, paradise, grimas, wolf, kryolan and snazaroo. They are all water based.
How do I remove the paint
The paint can be removed with soap and water or baby wipes. You will not have to scrub it; the paint comes off very easily with a gentle wash with mild soap and water.
Do you paint small children
Face painting is not recommended for children under two and we will not paint children who obviously do not want to be painted. On small children under two, a small design is usually best, often on the hand.
Do you paint on people with a rash or skin irratation
Any one who obviously has a cold sore or conjunctivitis cannot be painted. Similarly, open cuts and grazes are not usually a good idea. We can do a small design on the cheek instead though or a glitter tattoo on the arm.
What about sickness
We reserve the right not to paint people who have are sick. We would of course paint their arm or hand. Lastly we do reserve the right to not paint any abusive children.
Do you do theme parties or company
We can discuss with the client in advance the theme or company logo which is required. Remember the more complicated the more time required.
Do you require a deposit
Generally we ask for a non returnable deposit. If you cancel 14 days before the event we will return your deposit which would be 30% 7 days and less we do not return the deposit.
